How can I resolve this problem? Look at the fittings, lose pump motor lid, O-rings, etc...from the above links. The question didn't mention what kind of filter you have, but my experience tells me that when debris goes back into the pool through the jets, it's normally a sand or DE filter. With sand filters, you'll want to be sure you have the right amount of sand and the correct size. Your owners manual can tell you that information. Also be sure the check the measurement in inches from the top of the sand to the top of the filter opening. Many times a broken lateral is the problem with sand filters. If the lateral is broken, you'll need to scoop out the sand, replace the lateral, then put the sand back into the filter. Swimming Pool Sand Filters..Info.
