How Do I Raise My ORP or (HRR) On My System

I have a enclosed 30 thousand gallon pool going from 3 to 5 feet it's heated at 84 degrees and covered until use. it dosn't get hardly any direct sunlight.I've read to lower ph or use baking soda.

Here is my manual testing results from an hour ago.... free cl 5.2 manual combined 4 ph 7.4 alkalinity 210 calcium 480 my auto unit is a stratol sys.3 and it reads my (hrr) or orp as 662 and is it possible to just raise the orp without throwing everything else out of wack.
