Soda Ash For Increasing Swimming Pool pH Level

by Stan

My Intex 15" swimming pool pH level is low, around 6.2.

Can I use soda ash to increase the pH level for Intex frame pool?

Thanks for your question Stan

Yes you can use soda ash as a pH increaser.

Some people like to use sodium Bicarbonate as well, but this does affect the total alkalinity a bit more than soda ash, but both are very good as a pH increase.
